30-day trial
Selection & trial
Selected fellows start with a 30-day trial. If it isn't the right fit, we part ways with no equity transferred.

3 months
The lab
Intensive transformation — production architecture, security, testing, and DevOps — with senior mentorship and weekly lab sessions.

Launch + 6 months
Ship & alumni
You own a production-ready app with full documentation, plus 6 months of office hours and lifetime alumni network access.
